Smoothie of the week! – Raspberry Mint Cleanser

Something wonderful happened this morning – I went out without a coat!  That almost never happens (I have been known to wear a cashmere wrap on the beach in Barcelona in June) – so this represents something pretty special.

As the warm weather comes it is good to start the day with a refreshing and revitalizing smoothie – especially if a workout is on the agenda.

Well & Good (always brilliant) have shared this wonderful recipe featuring a raft of antioxidant ingredients that will boost energy, immunity and help cleanse the stomach:

Blend and enjoy!

1 cup dandelion root tea (chilled)
1 cup frozen organic raspberries
1 lemon
10 fresh mint leaves
1 Tbsp raw honey (ideally local)
