I was reading this post by MindBodyGreen which outlined five ways to manage headaches naturally without reaching for the medicine bottle. This certainly covers the basics (hydration is probably the most common cause of headaches and certainly an easy one to remedy) however I did feel a few other natural choices were missed off the list:
